The retainer does not automatically include development, system administration, user tickets or all IT management. Fixed monthly fees do not mean unlimited consultations, reviews or projects. Larger tasks are scoped separately.

How Engagements Are Structured

We agree on main topics, contacts, meeting rhythm, monthly capacity, request prioritization, response expectations, urgent work, additional assignments and rollover conditions.

When a Broader Fractional ERP-CTO Role Is Needed

A separately scoped part-time leadership role may include ERP architecture, planning, supplier coordination and delivery oversight. It does not automatically include the entire CIO mandate.

Independent Advice Aligned With Your Business

We do not recommend unnecessary development to occupy an in-house workforce and support sound decisions from existing partners.

Engagement Fees

Starting from €3,000 per month. The fee depends on time allocation, complexity, availability and responsibilities. Large assignments are scoped separately.
