Each supplier remains responsible for its contracted deliverables. PASSAGE BUREAU is accountable for its agreed architectural, coordination and transition leadership scope. Appropriate authority and access are essential. Business decisions and final acceptance remain with authorized client representatives unless otherwise agreed.

Experience in Complex ERP Transitions

Founder-led experience includes full delivery responsibility for Kronospan and Elektrokontakt and collaboration with external multidisciplinary teams elsewhere. Full contractual responsibility is clearly distinguished from joint participation.

How Engagements Are Structured

Engagements may cover the whole transition, a critical phase, multi-vendor coordination or temporary leadership reinforcement. Fees are individualized by scope, authority, intensity, duration and complexity.
