Independent ERP Review & Second Opinion
INDEPENDENT ERP ADVISORY
Important ERP decisions deserve independent judgment.
ERP replacement, platform selection, major customization and architecture changes can affect operations for years. Leaders may lack the in-house expertise to scrutinize vendor proposals. We assess rationale, risk and business fit independently.
A sound solution should withstand informed scrutiny.
Is full replacement necessary? Is the platform suitable? Is customization justified? Are cost and timeline credible? Will architecture create dependencies? Our goal is not to find faults at any cost, but to improve decisions.

Independent Without Being Adversarial
We do not seek to replace an integrator. We support sound proposals and explain weaknesses where justified, including through direct discussion with the incumbent if the client wishes.
Scope and Limitations
A focused review is not automatically a full audit. Conclusions reflect agreed evidence and assumptions. We distinguish facts, judgment and matters requiring further inquiry. Implementation responsibility remains with contracted suppliers.
How Engagements Are Structured
We define the decision and evidence, assess it, and present findings.
Indicative Fee
Starting from €2,000 for a clearly defined question. Large reviews are quoted individually. A short Expert Advisory Session may suit an initial conversation.
