Documented Experience

Kronospan — enterprise ERP transition, manufacturing

Migration from 1C 7.7 to 1C 8.3 enterprise management software for a manufacturing company with approximately 1,000 employees. The project included manufacturing, financial and management accounting, cost analytics, integration with the group's ERP and migration.

10 months · 50 ERP users. The PASSAGE BUREAU founder secured and contracted the project, assembled the team and led delivery. Kronospan Ukraine's General Director confirmed in writing that the transition was completed in full and within budget.
